Welcome to ChatFace. By accessing or using ChatFace, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service
ChatFace is a digital chat platform operated by Mohammad Zamir Akbari, an IT-Systemadministrator based in Hessen, Germany.
The service may provide conversational, AI-assisted and other digital functionality depending on the current configuration of the platform.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ChatFace lawfully and responsibly.
You must not use the service to:
- Break applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten or abuse other people
- Distribute malware or other harmful software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Interfere with the operation or security of ChatFace
- Abuse automated systems or technical resources
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Upload content that you do not have the right to use
- Use ChatFace for fraudulent or harmful activities
3. User Content
You remain responsible for content that you submit, upload or transmit through ChatFace.
You should only submit content that you are legally entitled to use.
You must not knowingly submit confidential information belonging to another person without authorization.
4. AI-Generated Information
ChatFace may provide information generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.
AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions or inaccurate information.
ChatFace should therefore not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, technical or other specialized advice.
You are responsible for independently verifying important information before relying on it.
5. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Technical problems
- Hosting or infrastructure failures
- Security incidents
- Third-party service interruptions
6. Security
Attempts to circumvent security mechanisms, access systems without authorization or interfere with the service are prohibited.
Security vulnerabilities or suspected abuse should be reported to the operator.
7. Intellectual Property
The ChatFace platform, including its software, design, branding and other protected elements, may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms automatically transfers ownership of the platform or its intellectual property to users.
8. Suspension or Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated if a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates a security risk or otherwise uses ChatFace unlawfully.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ChatFace and its operator are not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of the service, inaccurate AI-generated information, service interruptions or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated when ChatFace changes. The current version will always be published on this page.
